This is the online partnering website for BioNetwork West 2010.

Please use the login on the left to access the application. If you have forgotten your password, please click here to reset.

Once you have logged in, you can use this conference management system to set up meetings and manage your schedule.

Please note that all communications from the management system will come from the e-mail address sarah.cascone@wbresearch.com. Please also check your spam folders and ensure that the address is excluded from any spam filters.

Step One: Confirm your Details
Log in and click My Account to update your company details including a brief profile. Add all the delegates from your company that will be participating in one-on-one meetings. The more details you include, the easier it will be for other attendees find your company and request meetings with you.

Step Two: See your Schedule
Go to My Schedule to manage your availability. Click the green squares at the times you wish to be unavailable for meetings. It is important that you do this so as to avoid receiving meeting requests for inconvenient times. You can also print your schedule direct from the page using your browser print option.

Step Three: Set up Meetings
a) Click the link Attending Companiesin the top menu to view and search company listings; click company names to view attending delegates.
b) To request a meeting, click a green square on your chosen delegate's booking grid at the date and time you wish to meet. You can include your colleagues in the meeting if they are available.

The online system sends an email to you and your meeting partner every time you request, confirm or cancel a meeting and you will also receive email requests from other participants.
